Eligibility for Return and Refund
Returns and refunds are only applicable to physical products purchased through our online store. We currently do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind. However, if you receive a product that is:
Damaged during transit
Defective or compromised in quality
Incorrectly packed
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
In cases of valid issues (damaged, defective, etc.), return shipping costs will be fully borne by us.
Products do not need to be returned in their original packaging.
If the product is damaged or unusable, we may not require it to be returned.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your designated Malaysian bank account. If you prefer, we can also provide the refund in the form of store credit for future purchases.
